Terms of use

Who can join

• You are 18 or older.
• You are here for a serious relationship, and you are honest about who you are, your relationship status and what you are looking for. This is the serious pledge you take when you join.
• One account per person, about you, with your own photos.
• You have not been removed from Twofold before.

What is not allowed

• Asking anyone for money, gifts, a loan or a transfer, or any other scam.
• Harassment, threats, hate, or pressuring anyone to meet, to move to another app, or to send photos.
• Nudity or sexual content, and anything involving someone under 18.
• Pretending to be someone else, or using someone else's photos.
• Sharing, posting or keeping for others the photos and messages someone sends you. They were sent to you alone.
• Selling, advertising or recruiting, and using Twofold for anything but finding a partner.
• Robots, scripts or copying data from Twofold, and any attempt to get around a block, a ban or our security.

Reports, and what we can do

Anyone can report anyone, and reporting blocks them at once. When several different people report one account, it is paused until a person on our team has reviewed it.

We may remove anything that breaks these terms, and pause, suspend, ban or delete an account that does, with or without warning when someone's safety is at stake. We may also tell the police when the law requires it or a person is in danger.

Your photos and words

What you add stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people you choose, only to run Twofold, and we delete it as the privacy policy says. Only add photos and words you have the right to share.

Membership

• Browsing is free. Some things, like seeing photos and chatting, need a membership while payments are on.
• The price and the period are shown before you pay. Each payment is one you approve yourself, on your phone or on the bank's card page, and we never keep a card to charge later.
• You can turn renewal off at any time under Membership, and you keep the time you have paid for.
• In our phone apps membership is bought from the App Store or Google Play, a period at a time, and never renews by itself. Those purchases also follow Apple's or Google's own terms, including their refund rules.
• If a payment went wrong, tell us at jnpsofts@gmail.com and we will put it right.

Meeting people safely

We check that you are a person, not that you are who you say you are: we do not run identity or background checks. You are responsible for how you deal with other members, online and in person. Read our safety advice before you meet anyone.

The service itself

We work to keep Twofold running and safe, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for what members do, or for indirect losses. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be taken away.

If we change these terms, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time, under You, then Account. It is immediate and cannot be undone. Questions about these terms go to jnpsofts@gmail.com.
